Circuits / Functional Workouts with Big H (pm sessions) and Ibb (am sessions)
Classes offer the following:
Body Pump – low volume work
Body Blast – high volume work
Body Toning – for strength and body alignment
Stretching – for flexibility and agility
Weight Circuits – for strength building and all round fitness
Private sessions also available.
