I’ve been teaching yoga for over 10 years now. It has been a winding path influenced by many inspirational teachers and styles. I’m particularly interested in bringing the benefits of yoga to those that might not think it’s for them; showing the practical applications that can work for us all. You don’t need to be able to touch your toes, look good in size 10 leggings or perfect complex postures against the back drop of a sunset! I specialise in working with preschoolers, kids and teens, mothers and seniors. The focus is breath based mindful movement, whilst not taking ourselves too seriously and finding some inner space and silence along the way. I like to be friendly and approachable, adapting to the group before me and the vibe they bring with them.
