Barre is a low-impact, high-intensity exercise class inspired by Pilates and Ballet. It targets the stabilising muscles, builds core strength, and creates space around the joints. We move to music - think of it as choreographed physio - using bands and balls. It’s a great practice for postpartum recovery, improving posture, injury prevention and enhancing overall tone and fitness. This upbeat movement practice also supports mental well-being as we build mind-body connection through the breath, working to your edge and releasing those feel-good endorphins, leaving you feeling connected, satisfied, and spacious. Babies are welcome in this class, however not a requirement. Open to everyone who wants to move.
