This is a gentle, small-group Hatha yoga class that combines breath and movement to help you stretch, strengthen, and relax during a busy week.
You can expect a slow-flow warm-up to help you tune into your body and the present. This will be followed by a focus on finding your balance, building your strength, and allowing softness and surrender into your movement.
After closing with deep relaxation, connecting back to our breath, and mindfully resting after moving our bodies.
If you've tried yoga before or never rolled out a mat, the space is welcome to you with options and props to support your practice.
