This class is based around your ability to move well in all planes of movement. You will explore and improve your bodies movement capability & strength within your range. Focusing on natural movements that build your full mobility, improving your athletic performance & freedom of movement in everyday life. You will improve your ankle mobility, overhead squat mobility, baby squat, pistol squat, gymnastic bridge & other end of range exercises & flows. If we have sufficient range of motion and control over that range, pretty much everything else becomes easier.
