This class is a mix of Calisthenics (bodyweight strength & skill training) & functional training. This class will increase your total body strength, fitness and flexibility.
In these classes you will also be working towards building the strength needed to achieve skills such as; handstands, muscle ups, levers, planche, human flags, rope climbs and many more. We will also be building strength & fitness with exercises like pull ups, press ups, squats overhead press, lunges. These will all help to make everyday activities feel a lot easier, build core strength & good posture.
These classes are designed to cater for all levels of strength & fitness. All the workouts are fun & varied every week, building in progressive overload allowing you to achieve your goals with less chance of getting injured.
