Calisthenics is simply bodyweight strength training. Calisthenics exercises increase total body strength, fitness and flexibility, through movements such as pulling or pushing one-self up, bending, jumping, or swinging.
In calisthenics classes you will also be working towards achieving skills such as; handstands, muscle ups, front levers, back levers, planche, human flags and many more with the progressions and regressions to match.
These classes are designed to cater for all levels of strength & fitness. All the workouts are fun & varied every week, building in progressive overload allowing you to achieve your goals with less chance of getting injured.
