The Feldenkrais Method is a unique way to let go of old patterns, experience new ways of being and realise our potential more fully, through gentle movement explorations. This class series will focus on ways that the pelvis and hip joints can become free-er - making activities such as walking, running and dancing more effortless and enjoyable.
