An energising yet balanced practice blending steady postures, breath awareness, and flowing sequences to build strength, focus, and ease from the inside out. Suitable for all levels.
What is Hatha Yoga?
Hatha Yoga is about building steadiness, while giving time to build flexibility and balance within each asana (posture). Rooted in traditional practices, my classes explore steady postures, mindful breath work, moments of stillness and moments of flow to help you build strength, balance, and inner calm. Some sun salutations may be included in addition to creative sequences to promote grace, clarity and ease.
About Sally
Hi I’m Sally, a yoga teacher and massage therapist based in Hotwells. With over 30 years working in dance and community arts, movement has always been at the heart of what I do. As a yoga teacher, I’m passionate about creating welcoming classes where you can move and reconnect with your body—no pressure, no judgment. My approach is all about helping you feel grounded, at ease, and supported, both on and off the mat.
