This class is steady and strong, all levels welcome!. You will move through a dynamic warm up, a flow where postures are held between 3-5 breaths and a restorative slowdown. There will always be some time for meditation. If joining the class on a regular basis, you will return to postures throughout the month, helping your nervous system integrate the learning. The class often includes affirmation and mantra (in English!). Expect to leave class feeling grounded and regulated.
