Buti Yoga is a soulful blend of power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal dance, conditioning and deep abdominal toning. We connect pumping music with intensive movements to create an electric energy. Your movements will get you out of your head and back into your body.
Every class is different so your muscle groups are always challenged! Loud, pumping music guides the class to the beat, incorporating elements of shaking and vibration to help move your body with cellular reorganisation. Students have said they've experienced feelings of inner transformation, the breakdown of emotional barriers, feelings of self-love and powerful human connections during this unique and very powerful class!
