Over the years Miro Caminade has developed his own approach to training, looking at the whole approach to making lasting lifestyle changes; specific exercise, real nutrition, hydration, recovery and stress relief.
One hour or forty five minute sessions will be set up around a schedule that suits you. You will also have full guidance on nutrition and other lifestyle factors. Extra exercise sessions will be planned and designed for you to perform in your own time, if needed.
Sessions can be done outdoors on the Clifton Downs, or in your own home.
