Join Jaz to explore finding presence, space and strength in mind, body and breath through movement, awareness, breath practices and rest.
Expect fluid and at times dynamic flow with options to increase or reduce challenge depending on how you're feeling. Some strength postures and softening stretches are held giving opportunity to ground and look inwards. Reflections and mindful guidance is interweaved throughout.
Everything is an invitation, all abilities are welcome.
Please note throughout Jan Jaz will be wearing a moustache to fundraise for Red Cross Gaza crisis appeal.
