The 1-hour active meditation class includes 15 minutes of briefing and will be fully guided meditation. This will include pranayama (breathing techniques), music, dance, silent sitting, gibberish, catharsis, mindfulness etc. There are different meditation techniques based on Eastern-Western philosophy.
Attendees are requested to wear loose comfortable clothing and come a few minutes early if it is your first time. It’s a drop-in class, newcomers are highly recommended.
