The 1 hour active meditation class includes 15 minutes of briefing and will be fully guided meditation. This will include pranayama (breathing techniques), music, dance, silent sitting, gibberish, catharsis, mindfulness etc. There are many different meditation techniques based on Eastern-Western philosophy.
Attendees are requested to wear loose comfortable clothing and come a few minutes early if it is your first time. It’s a drop-in class, newcomers are very welcome!
About the Teacher
Chit is practicing meditation for the past 20 years and teaching for more than five years. He has authored a book on meditation, gives lectures and keep organizing meditation workshops. Chit has appeared on BBC, Talk Radio Europe and the many UK and India based media channels.
