An initial 60 minute consultation is required to discuss your needs, goals and current state of health and fitness. Within this assessment, we'll go through some simple mobility and fitness screeners so that I can design your bespoke training plan.
We'll also discuss your current nutrition habits and begin to formulate some SMART goals to help you achieve!
