An energising workout to get muscles a pumpin' & endorphins a flowin'!
Expect a mix of bodyweight and weighted exercises to challenge and condition your muscles and cardiovascular system.
Ensure you have dumbbells/kettlebells or a resistance band with you to perform the exercises. If you don't have access to any of the above, cans or bottles will do just fine.
All welcome. Exercises can be easily be scaled or amended to accommodate injuries and/or health conditions.
