Join me for an energising lunch break workout! In 45 minutes we'll tick all the boxes, beginning with some breathwork to prepare the body and mind, mobility to release any stiffness, and then on to some pulse-raising intervals to improve cardiovascular fitness! The session will close with a body scan meditation to balance your energy & leave you feeling calm and refreshed.
All levels are welcome. I always offer plenty of variations to suit varying needs and requirements.
