Yoga Nidra is a profound meditation technique, inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. It is beneficial any time of day, and is deeply soothing just before bed.
We will begin the class with some gentle stretching and breathing. After that, there is nothing you need to do other than get super comfortable lying on the bed or floor, and simply just follow the sound of my voice. Yoga Nidra can also be done in a chair if required (as long as you are fully supported). Low lighting is recommended.
