'Lantern' is an invitation for you in early January to move, slow-down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Expect a calming and nourishing morning of yoga, restorative practice, and meditation. It’s a space to ground yourself in the depths of winter, gently easing into the new year with intention and care.
Why not gift yourself something just for you, right at the turn of the year and shortly after the festive season which can sometimes feel busy for many of us. Whether you’re seeking rest, reflection, or simply a little time for you, this morning will help nurture your inner fire.
We hope to see you there!
