All levels are really welcome. I teach step by step (Krama) and offer options to meet you where you are. We will move together in a way that encourages spaciousness, strength, stability and flexibility.
We will explore the relationship between everyday life and yoga, through breathwork (pranayama), postures (asana) and meditation.
This inclusive and supportive space will cultivate inner and outer balance to support you through the often messy realities of life.
