It blends a dynamic yoga warm up and energising Chinese Exercises with the transformative energy of Qigong — a 4,000-year-old practice that restores your balance, clears emotional tension, and recharges your life force.
The first half of the class gets your heart pumping and your muscles working - but not so much that it stresses your body! The second half is all about tuning into the body and quietening your mind.
