Yoga for Women’s Health
Yoga for Women’s Health in Bristol; this class is suitable for whichever stage of life you’re in, supporting your pelvic health and wellbeing.
In this class I combine my specialist training in fertility & menstrual health, postnatal recovery, women’s health and the menopause to create a class that focuses on supporting your pelvic health and deep core, gentle and flowing mindful movement to ease away any aches and pains, strengthening for muscle and bone health, breathing techniques for calming the nervous system to help manage stress, anxiety and overwhelm.
You will learn how to breathe optimally and connect to your pelvic floor and deep core, with classes tailored to your needs if you are experiencing any pelvic floor dysfunction. I work closely with pelvic floor physios and have many recommendations for further support if required for holistic care. I believe it is extremely important for you to understand how your pelvic floor works so that you can take care of it!
The class will always include at least one breathing technique, one restorative pose with props and a 10-15 minute yoga nidra (a guided relaxation) as well as flowing movement. These classes are not just about fitness and connection; they’re about empowering women through knowledge and movement.

Beyond postnatal (6 months +); enjoy some much needed you time and come along to rest, recharge and feel nourished. Peri-menopause to post menopause; I will share a unique combination of yoga poses, breathing techniques and mindful meditation practices that have been specially adapted to help people manage the main symptoms of menopause. All stages of the menopause welcome including Premature Ovarian Insufficiency (POI), Early Menopause, Surgical Menopause – everyone is welcome. Fertility: oIf you are on your fertility journey or would like to support your hormone health, this is a safe space to find some inner calm and increase your well-being; learning techniques to help soothe and calm the nervous system to help reduce stress and anxiety, supporting hormonal and pelvic health. Pelvic Floor: – feel safe with a pelvic floor informed yoga teacher who will tailor the class to your needs.
No previous yoga experience required – come just as you are!
