Sequences will steadily build energy and strength but always invite movement that is within our own capabilities, and welcome quiet moments, making this a class accessible to all levels and all bodies.
As we flow through we become in tune with linking our breath with each movement - making every transition as measured as the next posture we land in and allowing the movement to become meditative and mindful.
