PLEASE NOTE: If it's your first class with us, please arrive at least 10-15mins early to park and settle on your mat. Our classes begin on time and the front door is locked to keep a calm space.
THE STUDIO DOOR IS LOCKED BEFORE THE CLASS BEGINS AND ANYONE LATE WILL COUNT AS A NO-SHOW - PLEASE ARRIVE 5MINS BEFORE CLASS START TIME.
