A fun, flowing vinyasa class to build strength, improve mobility, and help you reconnect with your body.
We move through a set sequence, with each week exploring different elements of that sequence. A true moving meditation that allows you to drop out of your head and into your body, that also builds mobility, strength and balance.
We flow with the breath to a curated playlist, with options throughout so you can go at your own pace. Arm balances and inversions are there to explore if you’d like, but always optional.
You’ll leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and energised.
Open to all levels - you’ll be guided to find what works for your body.

PLEASE NOTE: If it's your first class with us, please arrive at least 10-15mins early to park and settle on your mat. Our classes begin on time and the front door is locked to keep a calm space.
