Slower than a Vinyasa class, this Hatha practise offers a gentle, steady rhythm - weaving together flowing movement and longer held postures to cultivate presence and ease.
We begin with breathwork/pranayama to settle the nervous system, move through mindful asana to warm and awaken the body, and finish on the ground with rest and meditation to integrate the practice.
The focus is on an embodied practice, how each pose feels rather than how it looks. Listening inward and exploring the subtle relationship between body, breath, and awareness.
