A balanced vinyasa class that begins with fluid, warming movement to build strength and mobility (yang), before gradually slowing into longer, grounding stretches (yin) with warming infrared heat to calm the nervous system.
Expect a mindful, steady flow followed by deep release, leaving you feeling both energised and deeply relaxed.
PLEASE NOTE: If it's your first class with us, please arrive at least 10-15mins early to park and settle on your mat. Our classes begin on time and the front door is locked to keep a calm space.
THE STUDIO DOOR IS LOCKED BEFORE THE CLASS BEGINS AND ANYONE LATE WILL COUNT AS A NO-SHOW.
