An embodied vinyasa flow practice that invites you to move from doing into being. Opening with kriya, pranayama and meditation to attune to the subtle body, cultivating inner awareness and awakening the energetic pathways. Movement and breath flows consciously and dynamically through each shape, always guided by sensation rather than striving. A space to listen, feel, and return to the true essence of being.
PLEASE NOTE: If it's your first class with us, please arrive at least 10-15mins early to park and settle on your mat. Our classes begin on time and the front door is locked to keep a calm space.
THE STUDIO DOOR IS LOCKED BEFORE THE CLASS BEGINS AND ANYONE LATE WILL COUNT AS A NO-SHOW.
