A playful and energizing Yoga class. Open to all levels (variations / modifications will be given).
We will begin with some breathwork or seated meditation and then work into a gentle yet heat building flow with some time at the end to potentially work on some balances or inversions (and of course, a nice juicy savasana at the end :) ).
**Please bring your own mat if you can**
This class is held in the Mill Room within St.Anne's House (ground floor to the right as you enter the main door).
