A total body wellness workout in the great outdoors! No shouting,no bootcamp mentality just a safe effective workout that will strengthen your whole body and improve wellbeing. Suitable for all levels including those new to fitness or returning after a break. The class is led by an experienced Personal Trainer who will coach you through safe effective exercise technique You will and encouraged to work at your own pace in this non-competitive, friendly group workout class.

Please arrive at 9am for your first class to complete a health questionnaire.
The class will run in all weathers- if heavy rain causes slippiness underfoot the class will be held on the nearby basketball court. Bring water to keep hydrated during your class and wear suitable clothing and footwear for outdoor exercise. Mats will be provided.
