As a personal training client, you will receive a full nutrition plan tailored to fit in with your way of life and with recipes for all the family.
You will also have a workout programme to use for sessions when you're exercising on your own.
My biggest successes have been with women who want to lose weight, achieve a lean muscle definition, and improve their metabolism. I like to concentrate on lifestyle changes to ensure longevity in results with a shift of mindset around food and nutrition.
