Gather in person to celebrate the last day of 2025 from 3.30-5 pm on Wednesday 31 December 2025. We will watch the sun go down and let the year go with a deeply nourishing practice. If like me, you like to mark an occasion with quiet contemplation, lots of candles, movement, sound and a range of yogic practices, then join us. You are invited to light a candle and add something to our candlelit centrepiece from home, to make this personal and precious. We will move with sound, breathwork and asana that flows to stillness, with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra to end. Have a mat, blocks a strap, please bring a blanket for the Nidra. All levels are welcome.
