Gentle morning yoga to alleviate common problem areas such as achy backs, sore shoulders and necks, whilst developing greater flexibility, strength and general wellbeing.
Explore and practice the fundamentals of yoga with an experienced and kind teacher. Small class size helps to develop an understanding of yoga and create your a self care plan. Move organically through Breath work (Pranayama), Movement (Asana) & Relaxation to find greater flexibility and calmness.
Nicola has been teaching yoga for 20 years and offers an holistic practice designed to reach you on all levels.
This class is held upstairs at Victoria Park Baptist Church on Sylvia Ave. Blocks, mats, straps provided, just turn up!
