Hi I'm Siobhán,
Movement and wellness has always been a huge part of my life. I studied dance from a very young age and gained a scholarship to study professional dance in London where I gained a BA (Hons) in Professional Dance and Musical Theatre.
I discovered yoga and the magic of yoga many years ago. I wanted to deepen my practice so I went to Rishikesh in India the yoga capital of the world where I gained my RYT 500 hour yoga alliance teaching certificate. I've since been to India on a further two occasions to learn as much as I can about yoga and be the best teacher I can be for you.
Drawing on Hatha and Vinyasa practices, my class is creative and adaptable to all levels and abilities. Beginners come along I promise you won't regret it. Remember it’s not about perfection that’s why we call it a practice. Classes are focused on correct alignment so as to avoid injury, and I give options for all levels. We use the breath to help deepen our connection to our body, creating more space in the body and releasing tension and stress we may be holding onto. Class always ends with a deep relaxation. The perfect way to end your day and wake up feeling refreshed and energised after a wonderful sleep.
