In this class we will gently stretch and mindfully flow through poses, creating a moving meditation by linking breath and movements. We will draw upon a range of yoga practices which support, nurture and empower women, creating a safe space for healing and transformation.
Mixed level class. Bring a small blanket and an old scarf (if possible). Mats provided.
Yoga sessions at the Vassals Centre are generally held in the Dawn James room. If there are any room changes, they will be listed on the board as you walk in. Sessions are held in blocks (usually 6 weeks) with a 1 week break in between.
