We will draw upon a range of yoga practices which support, nurture and empower women, creating a safe space for healing and transformation. This weekly class aims to both support and maintain balance and well being on all levels (hormonal, emotional, physical, etc). Rooted in Hatha Yoga, these sessions are similar to Hatha/Hatha Flow style sessions; the difference being the focus on the feminine and the highlighting of how different practices/techniques/poses affect our female bodies. Mats provided. All levels and all ages (menstruating- post menopausal) are most welcome!

Yoga sessions at the Vassals Centre are generally held in the Dawn James room. If there are any room changes, they will be listed on the board as you walk in. Sessions are held in blocks (usually 6 weeks) with a 1 week break in between.
