Welcome to a yoga class for daily life! In this relaxing yet strengthening class you can let go of thinking and doing whilst cultivating balance and a sense of really being present in your body and mind. Suitable for all levels, this friendly Hatha/Hatha Flow class is taught by a certified Yoga Alliance teacher.
