Welcome to yoga classes for daily life! In these relaxing yet strengthening classes you can let go of thinking and doing whilst cultivating balance and a sense of really being present in your body and mind. Suitable for all levels, these friendly Hatha/Hatha Flow class are taught by a certified Yoga Alliance teacher.
Just the thing to start your day (10:30 am class) or unwind and leave the day behind(5:30pm class) We will gently stretch and mindfully move through poses, linking breath and movement. All levels welcome
