Mid-week Yoga Flow and Restore
Mindful, conscious movement, incorporating the breath to help release, open and nourish mind, body and spirit. Together we explore breath work with meditation. Movement to open, release and nourish the body. Breath work to bring calm, balance or energise. The practices I share are informed by my training with Soma Yoga and Medicine School as well as other influences, so will include practices based on the Elements, Kundalini yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa and Ayurveda. All levels and abilities welcome. NB: Please advise me of any injuries or medical conditions in advance. Please bring a mat and other equipment you might need.
