Yoga. Vinyasa flow. Movement and stillness combining elements of ashtanga, kundalini, and breath work. Will increase stamina, strength, and flexibility as well as instilling a sense of calm, relaxation and well-being. All abilities welcome.
NB: Please bring your own mat if you able to, I have some however numbers are limited.
