For all levels and abilities. Come and enjoy an energising and uplifting breath-focused practice. Vinyasa yoga is flow-medicine, freeing up the innate intelligence of the body, heart and mind and reconnecting to spirit.
I will guide you through a dynamic series of asanas to challenge your physical edges and cultivate strength and mobility. We will also work with breathing practices, meditation and chanting. I will invite you to let go of what no longer serves you, and focus your intentions on what you want instead!
I want you to leave feeling centred, with a deeper sense of connection, and empowered to live your life with greater presence, kindness and clarity.
