Yoga is core to my life, and I am deeply grateful for discovering this practice in my early twenties. My desire is that yoga will empower you on your life’s journey and provide you with tools to help realise your own creative potential.
Movement practices provide a much needed balance to our increasingly busy, stressful, and static lifestyles. I teach a dynamic vinyasa practice, combining the smart sequencing found in the Ashtanga and contemporary vinyasa traditions with the precise alignment born out of the Iyengar tradition and modern functional anatomy. Classes are focused on the coordination of breath and movement, balancing effortful postures with opportunities to deeply relax and let go.
