A slow class for a deeply nourishing lunch break. A moment to rest and go within, in the middle of the day. Postures to leave you feeling calm, refreshed and able to greet the afternoon with grace and a sense of spaciousness.
We will spend time exploring our personal edge in relatively simple poses that activate the meridians. We will use the breath to relax deeply into each posture, bringing more receptivity and sensitivity to our experience.
Essentially this is an embodied meditation: the invitation is to inhabit your body more fully, to cultivate a compassionate response towards all that arises and to go beyond the conditioned mind and connect to the true self.
