Fay explored Restorative Yoga alongside her Dance and Yoga training. One of her main influences and teachers was Anna Ashby at triyoga London, with whom she studied and assisted on trainings.
Anna specialises in Restorative Yoga, a practice that supports nervous system health through the healing effects of deep relaxation, breath, and present-moment awareness. Using bolsters, blankets, and longer-held supported postures, restorative yoga helps shift the body out of ‘fight or flight’ and into the relaxation response — offering a gentle antidote to the stress and demands of modern living.
