At Kambe Yoga we offer a diverse rage of Yoga and movement classes on Monday - Thursday evenings and weekend workshops.
This Vinyasa Class will encourage healing of the spirit and a gentle opening of the body to path our way to embodying our full potential.
Fay started a regular committed yoga practice in 2008. Exploring styles of Hatha, Ashtanga (mysore), Iyenga, Vinyasa flow, Scaravaelli and Anusara. However she had grown up with yoga from a young age with her father being a Iyenga teacher and throghout dance training yoga, pilates and somatic movement had played a big part in her developing a understanding of the moving body.
Fay offers a wealth of experience in experiential movement, anatomical alignment, movement development and dynamic phrasing. Her enquiries allow her classes to evoke deep thought and care around how we use our yoga to inspire us, but also how we can live a more connected existence allowing us the freedom to make choices that better support our lives and thus our spirit.
