Sat Nam and welcome! Come join for an exploration of the power and practice of Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, also known as the Yoga of Awareness.
Each 1.5 hour class works with a weekly theme and consists of physical exercises, breathing practices and meditations for increased health and vitality, personal growth and transformation.
Suitable for complete beginners, all levels and ages.
Kundalini Yoga works on the physical, mental and etheric levels, using sets of yoga postures, meditation, mantra chanting, and breathing exercises to release physical, mental and emotional blocks, strengthen the nervous and glandular systems, balance the chakras and clear the energetic pathways, and connect us to our higher consciousness by raising the Kundalini energy up the spine.
Kundalini yoga is ancient and powerful. Also known as the ‘Yoga of Experience’, the combinations of practices are a form of spiritual technology, which work to strengthen the etheric bodies, improve functioning of the physical body, increase stamina, concentration and mental focus, and empower us to live more fully and fearlessly, accessing our full potential, and connecting better to our higher self and with the world around us.
