In Kundalini Yoga we work to strengthen the nervous system, tune up the glandular system, balance the mind and release patterns that have become stuck anywhere in the system. It's a great work out on all levels and will increase your physical strength and flexibility. It brings the focus, the strength and the stamina to succeed and reveals your inner wisdom and the love and acceptance you already have for yourself just as you are. We use postures, breath, mantra, meditation and more. Mats are available but feel free to bring your own. Please also bring a blanket for relaxation if you have one. All welcome.
