Explore a slow, grounding and deep practice with Yin Yoga in which we hold poses for a few minutes at a time.
This 90minute class will focus on simple yin poses, breathing exercises (pranayama) and short guided meditations.
Eleanor has been teaching yoga for over 5 years full time and has lots of experience and knowledge to help guide you on your path of self exploration.
