HIIT CAMP.
Three training sessions per week early doors 06:00 - 06:45 before work and/or the school run.
These early sessions help build consistency, prioritise your training and keep your activity and training frequency high ensuring you get the results you want!
Each session will have a different focus to make sure you cover all bases throughout the week.
Sessions detail below:
Monday - Strength Training.
This session will be focused on lifting weights, improving technique, getting strong and confident with movements ensuring you build a solid foundation. We will be using a mixture of barbells, dumbbells & bodyweight moves to make you strong and powerful.
Wednesday - Strength & Cardio.
This session will be focused on getting fitter and building your work capacity by using a mixture of strength & cardio to get the heart rate up, challenge your body and keep your workouts interesting!
Friday - Core Conditioning, Mobility & Injury prevention.
This session will be focused on engaging the core and learning to move better. Improving postural stability, movement technique, improving the range of movement through key joints to help improve overall strength, function and posture. This is going to help keep niggles and injuries at bay.
I will be starting the second camp Monday 18th March. I will only have 3 additional spaces available this time round! It’s a first come first serve basis so drop me a message if you would like any additional information or to book a space.
Pricing is set at £12.50 per session for drop in sessions or you can buy the whole 6 week course for £159.
