Set in Bristol Movement Space right by St George's Park this revitalising and invigorating this class will follow a Vinyasa yoga sequence with a focus on correct alignment and integrity within each posture. Yoga has a strong focus on aligning the breath with movement to create a dynamic flow and helps to increase strength, flexibility and generate internal heat. Each class will finish with Savasana for space to relax and unwind after the session. Modifications will be given for each asana so that they are made accessible to everyone. With practice, the class will give you the tools for self-practice and to develop physical and mental wellbeing. By Car/ Bike If you are travelling away from the shops on Church Road towards Kingswood or Hanham (i.e. away from the city centre), the entrance is on the left opposite Seneca Street; turn when you see the St George Community Centre Sign. Then enter the car park on your left (the car park on the right belongs to the community centre). There is ample car parking space in front of you but follow the signs round the building to the studio as our entrance to the building is tucked around the corner (it is well signed). Try and park near the studio entrance if you can (against the railings). At the back of the building there are plenty of railings if you wish to lock up your bike.
